MOT Most Valuable Employee Second Quarter, 2002 Ed Lata, Division of Parks, Buildings and Grounds, has been named the Most Valuable Employee for the Second Quarter of 2002. Ed is an outstanding performer who has used his expertise to provide the Township's youth with safer, more consistent playing fields. He uses the knowledge he has gained through workshops to manage time, materials and manpower in an exceptional manner. His self-sufficient nature allows the other crew members more time to comlete scheduled work. Ed is an asset to all the parents and children participating in the Mt. Olive Sport Programs, because he anticipates needs, is creative and is dedicated to raising the standards within each of our facilities. Congratulations to Ed, on a job well done!
